Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 48 hours
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.
Your package will arrive within 3-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse .Please note that these times may vary due to holidays, holiday weekends, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates
All free shipping,no minimum!
We currently only ship to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, overseas territories, and military addresses.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made at Spescare.co, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges and applicable taxes.
Products not purchased on Spescare.co should be returned to the original point of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and your refund is processed.
Spescare is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during return shipping.
If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label and waive the return fee. Please include photos in your email to service@spescare.co.
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
